You’re welcome at the table.

And we’re so glad you’re here.

Our Story

Common Table Nutrition Collective is a worker-owned cooperative of Registered Dietitians providing compassionate, evidence-based nutrition care. We believe the best care happens through collaboration — between clinicians and clients, and among providers themselves.

At our practice we are all equals at the table, from how we’ve structured our practice to how we show up for clients. We recognize that you bring invaluable food and body-specific knowledge & experience to every visit. Together, as partners at the Common Table, we are here to help you achieve your health goals.

You bring lived experience, body knowledge, and context.
We bring clinical expertise, curiosity, and support.
Together, we work toward your health goals.

Our Approach

Our dietitians practice from a weight-neutral, Health at Every Size® (HAES)-aligned framework, focusing on health-promoting behaviors rather than weight or appearance. We respect that bodies, cultures, and experiences are diverse, and that meaningful change happens when care is individualized and collaborative.

Rather than telling you what to do, we work alongside you to:

  • Understand what’s working and what isn’t

  • Build realistic, flexible nutrition strategies

  • Reduce stress and confusion around food

  • Support health in ways that fit your life

What we help with

We work with children, adolescents, and adults, and welcome individuals and families at all stages of life. Our dietitians can provide support for:

  • Your relationship with food and eating patterns

  • General nutrition and well-being

  • Growth concerns

  • Cardiometabolic conditions

  • Gastrointestinal conditions

  • … and more!

We are able to see most clients located in Washington, Arizona, California (requires a referral from a healthcare provider), Colorado, Michigan, Oregon, Texas, and Virginia.
